On Sunday 26th February 2023, Playlovers will hold its Annual General Meeting

This will  commence at  5 pm  in Hackett Hall, Draper Street, Floreat.

All members and those interested in the future of Playlovers are encouraged to attend. It will be an opportunity to get up to date with the Hackett Hall happenings!

The main item on the agenda for the AGM will be the election of the committee for 2021. Committee positions to be filled:

• President
• Vice-President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Committee members x 8

Members of the committee and ex-officio committee manage the following portfolios:

• Theatre management
• Lighting
• Sound
• Front of House
• Membership management
• Newsletter Editor
• Wardrobe
• Box Office
• Publicity and Marketing
• Adjudication co-ordinator
• Production Liaison

All Playlovers members are invited to attend and have their say but must be financial in order to vote on items and/or nominate for the committee. Annual membership fees are due in February each year.

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for a position on the committee, please complete the Nomination Form. All nomination forms and motions of notice must be received before the start of the AGM.

If you do not want to be on the committee, but would like to assist with any of the portfolios, you could offer to be an ex-officio member. This means you work in the background without having to attend committee meetings. For example, you might like to help with box office by taking bookings from people.  Talk to any of the committee members if this appeals to you. Or email info@playlovers.org.au
