Online Bookings – Terms & Conditions


Payment Method and Terms

  • All payments are made through the Securepay Payment System (Payment System) (
  • The Payment System accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards as forms of payment.
  • By submitting a payment through the Payment System, you authorize our designated payment processor Westpac Internet Merchant Facility, (Payment Processor) to charge the account you specify for the purchase amount.
  • All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars.
  • When you provide a credit card number to the Payment System, you authorize our Payment Processor to store the credit card number and related payment information.
  • You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for products or services in relation to Playlovers through any fraudulent means.
  • If you order products or services through the Playlovers Website we may require you to confirm details (including contact details) and to provide further information needed by the Payment Processor or us to enable the processing of any orders that you make. You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so for this purpose.


Making Ticket Bookings

  • Prices of products and services displayed on the Playlovers Website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change without notice. You should check the price of a product or service at the time of placing an order for it.
  • Any order placed by you through the Playlovers Website for a product or service is an offer by you to purchase the particular product or service for the price notified at the time you place your order.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product or service, an error in the price or the product description posted on the Playlovers Website, or an error in your order.
  • We will email you an order confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our order confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your order or reflect the status of your order in any way.
  • Orders will not be accepted and tickets will not be despatched or service arranged until payment in full has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order and the validity of payment. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment could not be completed.


Stopping orders

  • Once we have accepted payment for a ticket booking, cancellation of it is within our sole discretion.


Delivery of receipts and paper products

  • You must provide us with a current email address.
  • All receipts will generally be delivered through email only. Any other products will be delivered in accordance with our Delivery Policy.
  • You consent to us sending receipts and, where applicable, products to the email address you provide to us.



  • We do not collect or hold information about you in relation to credit card details or other information provided through the Payment System. However, the Payment Processor may do so. Click here to view the Payment Processor's privacy policy.
