The Judas Kiss is a dramatized biography of Oscar Wilde, in which playwright David Hare presents his interpretation of what may have happened behind closed doors between Oscar Wilde and Lord Alfred Douglas.

The Judas Kiss revisits this tale of deception, in which a man who had everything, risked it all, and subsequently lost everything when his lover betrayed him. This Tony nominated work (1998) establishes the consequences of taking a moral stand in a world wrapped in fear and prejudice.

The play contains some nudity.
